Question on ballastwise.com

Has any one use this ballast, and is it as good and reliable as icecup? for VHO's and T5's

I don't know much about those ballast, but for the price it may be worth buying one and checking it out, I might order one of the 4 - 54 watt T5 HO ballast to see how good they are for the price. If you want to get more peoples input to your questions try posting on the DIY forum instead, I always get much more help and advice there on equipment questions than I do in this forum.
