exacta123, I would make sure to dose both calcium and alkalinity to make sure your tank doesn't get off balance. Calcium should be added in relation to the amount of alkalinity or buffer you are using.

i dont dose anything but homemade 2 Part calc/alk buffer. as long as you do regular water changes, theres no need to add anything else! especially with a newer tank. rule #1 is dont add anything you dont test for. heres a link on water parameters, bookmark it!

I second all the above comments--water changes, calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium.

I change 10% water per week, top off about 1/2 gallon a day, and check salinity at that point.
I test alkalinity, temperature, and calcium nearly daily (Salifert); my topoff water contains Kent buffer. I add Kent Turbo Calcium to my tank almost daily. I have taken to adding Kent Coral Vite biweekly and have been pleased. It has a strong mg. component, so until my calcium/alkalinity refuse to rise, I don't worry about testing for mg. I have only had to add it once, 3 months ago.

i havent added, anything yet, except a little calcium(kent), im testing my Ph nightly, its about 8.2 and my almonia, is low low less then .25, my no2 no3 are also low but hte no3 is slightly higher, alkalinity , i havent checked since like hmm a few days, ill do that now.

im not sure how to read this but its the total number of drops to get to green, and that was 6 then devided by two and thats the total. so im somewere about 3 (still dont under stand that) each drop is equal to 0.5meg/L what does this mean? this is a marine basic sea chem
