Single T5 Retro for 29g FOWLR

It looks like I can get this put together from ReefGeek for $86 delivered with the 24" 24w aquablue bulb. I am just looking for a little boost for the coraline. Do you guys think it's worth it? Right now I use 2 standard 18w flouresents and the bulbs need changing. It cost about $35 for the set. So the HO set up would be around $50. I really don't want to spend more than that because all my extra $$$ is going towards the new reef tank in progress. I think I could upgrade the ballast for like $3 more so it could drive 2 bulbs if needed but, I really don't know if I want to spend $50 everytime the bulbs in the FOWLR need to be replaced. Any advice / experience needed!

Thanks

I'd look around for a used PC setup.

Why would you choose PC over HO for this situation?

Zactly, you can dig up a used PC setup cheap and if you just want to pop a little coraline the PC will do the trick.
