Sk8r Salinity 1.024-6; alkalinity 8.3-9.3 on KH scale; calcium 420; magnesium 1300, temp 78-80, nitrate .2. Ammonia 0. No filters: lps tank. Alk and cal won't rise if mg is low. Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny,royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%. |

Yeah my LFS always has those in stock. I always wanted one but I only had a nano. But now in my 65g after my cycle completes I plan on researching one for my current tank.

It's way cool and I really enjoy it, when I get to see it. It prefers less light so it's usually underneath an overhang etc. It moves around where and when it wants and prefers less light. It's neat to see how it moves around. It's very clingy, like velcro. So I'd advise not trying to pull it off a rock as you might leave some of it's limbs behind. It will however grow new ones. I've had mine for 2 years.
You'll probably want to give it phytoplankton if you're not already adding. |
