3/4" bulkhead enough for a drain to sump?

I have a 3/4" bulkhead draining to my sump, will that drain a decent amount? I can add another...But I am not using the sump's return as my flow I have a closed loop for that.

It depends on how much flow you are pushing through the tank's system. It is said that a 1" drain can handle 600-700 gph with ease. Mine is doing no more than 700 gph.

Well the return pump from the sump is only going to be pushing out around 350gph...so I am ok...the flow in the tank is powered by an OM with a mag 9.5, am I ok?

Well. I meant return from the sump. I have almost 1300 gph through my entire display but only 700ish of that actually flows through the sump.

Thats what I thought, so 350 through the sump, a 3/4" bulk head should do the trick?

You might want to add a second just for a backup. Incase a wandering snail decides to plug one, you won't flood the house.

Algae and even flake food can quickly clog a strainer. Keep good maintenance on it by watching your water level in your display.
