Favorite: Watching things grow & flourish under my care

Least Favorite: Water changes, cleaning salt spray on the acrylic light shield, microalgae, red cyano

Love: the diversity of colors, the ability to save or even make a little $$ with coral fragging, the relative short amount of time it takes to realize tank potential, the many different ways of doing things to achieve the same result, watching a bunch of small things grow to become part of a whole.

Hate: People who think you have to have the very best of everything (esp lfs people), and who snub their noses at those who have to reef on a budget, cost of equipment.
