red bug / interceptor help

I recently noticed redbugs on my sps. I hear that you can use Interceptor to kill them. How much do you use? How do you use it? I hear it kills other crustaceans. Does it affect other inverts? I have triacnid clams, tiger cucumbers, sand-sifting starfish, long spine urchin, snails, ect.

I also heard that I could move my hermit crabs into a Q.T with no acros for a week and they would be redbug free?
