36" Aquamedic Ocean Light 2 x 150 Watt + 39 Watt T5's

ok i need to lowdown on this fixture. It seems it's the best buy and is exactly what i want HQI and T'5. It's going to go over a 46G bowfront.

Please any info on this will help.

also they use the aqua medic M ballast. Wil this fire the 14,000k Phenix bulbs? here's what the website says
Oceanballasts M are robust magnetic ballasts and an option on all of our HQI and Mogul based (Pulse Strike) lighting systems. Built to last a lifetime, these heavy weights over-drive the HQI bulbs slightly to produce super-intensity. The extra output is associated with a small drop in the apparent Kelvin rating of the bulb. 20K bulbs appear less intensely blue, yielding a color temperature more similar 16K or 18K. The Oceanballasts M are a favorite among shallow water SPS reef keepers whom are seeking a crisp, intense daylight color, and maximum intensity.
