what is he doing? (clown & lta)

I just got a new long tentacle anemone and I have had a maroon clown for several years.

The anemone is trying to attach to the bare glass on the bottom of the tank and the clown seems to be sweeping sand away from the LTA and is going up onto the bottom of the foot/base and it looks like she is trying to brush the bottom of the anemone with its fins. It keeps trying to hide under the lta.

Any ideas on what he is trying to do? I know they pair up but it looks like she might be bothering it. The anemone dosn't appear to mind.

Thanks!
