return pump question?

im upgrading from a 55 to a 90 and i have two pumps

one is a cap 2200 @ 800ghp $43.00

and the other

is a eheim 1250 @ 317gph $80.00

looking it up online it seem the cap is the better pump because it pushes more water per gallon

but the pricing is confusing me?

anyone have any experience with either?

get the cap, eheim cost more because they are better brand and made in german or something like that. Cap is pretty good too.

I would target about 300-400 gph or so through the sump, so I'd go for the smaller pump. More flow can cause bubble problems, and isn't really needed.
