Soon time for bulb replacement need opinion's

I will be needing to change out my bulbs soon. Currently I have 2x250 10k Ushio's on a dual PFO ballast. for supplemental lighting I have 2x96w PC antinics 03 (square pin) 420nm I think.

What do you think about the ushio's, should I stick with them. I have always been happy with them. they are crisp white and very bright IMO. But what I think is bright my not be the brightest if you follow me.

Do these bulbs have a good PAR? high or low compared to other bulbs? I do know that I want to stay with 10k though.

I was thinking about changing out the PC for T5's but I think I decided to put at least one more set in them.

I was also thinking about 1 antinic 03 and 1 10k.

What do you guys think, anyone have any links to PAR comparison on different bulbs?

Thanks

The first two sets of bulbs in my 100G were Ushio 10K. Last time I switched to XM and I was very surprised at the increased brightness and even whiter coloration. I was very happy with the Ushio until I saw that so now its XM for me. As for the PC I think I would stick with two actinics.

I don't believe so. I am using Coralvue E ballasts on both MH and VHOs.
