XM beats the others.

I used to be a huge Ushio fan before the XM bulbs came on the market. Now I like them better than Ushio. (BUT they can be finnickey with orientation. ie, if you get a yellow bulb, try rotating/unscrewing it 90 degrees to fix the problem).

I use 250 watt Hamilton 10K. It is a good bulb.
