Skimming Wet
Does skimming really wet take nutrients out of the water and right now i have a FO so does it really matter??.

I would think skimming wet would take out more organics simply because it takes more water out than skimming dry. However, I don't know how big of a difference it would make. Also, you will have to replace more water, salt water, not just fresh top off.
I think dry skimming will suffice...

I don't really get involved in these types of arguments, but suffice to say that either works just fine. I actually run mine sort of between both--sort of a moderately wet skim.
