how can i get rid of brownish redish algae?

without using a refugium is there a way i can get rid of all this algae on my cc? can i get rid of it with some kind of fish im trying to stay away from inverts but if i have to i will get some. i dont know what is causing the algae but all my paramaters are fine

paramaters are fine? what are they?, how much do you feed? what do you have in tank(animals)? rodi or tap? what do you have against inverts? they maybe your answer
