Korallin Reactor Question

Anybody familiar with Korallin calcium reactors?
I'm having a problem setting up a drip rate on a 1502. I'm confused with the 2 outlets, with both fully open I'm only getting flow out of one. I've been using Dragonslayers Setup sheet (which is excellent), but it doesn't mention this. Any suggestions?
