75 gallon to 150 switch

i have a 75 gallon reef with probly 70 lb of live rock, a few soft corals, inverts, and a couple fish... oh and a 5 gallon bucket full of live sand that has been stable and thriving for 6 months i belive, i also have a 150 gallon african cicclid tank that i would like to jsut go reef,(the 150 was set up for saltwater when i got it) anyways my question is..... how hard is is to do this and change/move my rock, sand, corals, fish ect.....?? and i thought i read somthing before about not putting all my sand from my tank into the new one becaue there are toxins in it deep or something....? is this hard to do....?? the 150 is a deep tank i would need more lighting i know this....

it wouldn't be that hard espically if the tank is in a another spot...I would conver the 150 to salt add some more live rock all new sand and just a cup or two of your old sand to seed it. Let the tank cycle just to be safe i mean whats the rush. Then just transfer all your old rock fish, inverts and corals once everything is stable.
