Baby Anemone, how do you get rid of them?

Hi,

My set up has been up for almost 4 months now and running really healthy. But I starting to notice lots of baby anemones growing. They are still small, but some have grown to a size of a dime. How do I get rid of them before the get any bigger? I have a few of SPS and LPS in my tank, I dont want to put anyting that would harm my corals.

Please advice,

Ed
