Crazy/Stupid/Risky
Basically I have a little 2.5 gallon salt tank with 3 lb of Live Rock with 1 little Strawberry Crab and thats it. Hes survived for 4 months now withOUT water changes.(adding RO water to top off). Couold this lead to bad things?

not really, i dont use any carbon filtration. DSB and LR, mother natures filter. i do water changes once every 3-4 weeks of 10% volume. only tank with a protien skimmer is the 70G. PH's are the only mechanical devices in the others. with just a crab, you should be fine. the rock is adequate for the tiny bio-load that you have. the way i set-up my tanks is risky, unless you have experience and patience. not a good idea for beginners. good luck & REEF-ON!!!
