help please!! I am trying to put 250g rowaphos in reactor!!!!
I cannot figure out what 250g would equal in American measurments- 1 cup or what?

Wait, grams is weight and cups is volume.
You need to weigh it to get a conversion. |

you dont need that much rowaphos, keep an eye on your alk when you start out quite a few people have noticed a drop when they first start using it
i have about 130g with sump and im running 1" rowa and thats it but my phos tested 0 before the levels of phos you have in your tank now will determine how much and how often you change it out |
