Diamond Gobie
Just bought a diamond Gobie 5 days ago, this fish has been since hiding under the sand bed and has not bee out. I am concern if he will eventually die if he does not come out soon. Is this normal for this kind of Gobie? Will he ever come out?

It is normal for them to do this. They will often hide under there for weeks at a time eating what they can sift out of the sand. It is a good idea to do what you can to get it to come out and eat though.

Thanks for your input. I don't think that it jump, cause every once in a while I can see sand dust coming from under a rock. I would hate to move thinks around in a tank and cause a "storm" because of one fish.
