1 Liter is .0353146667 cubic feet.
so 18 Liters Per Minutes is .6356640006 SCFM .6356640006 SCFM = 38.139840036 SCFH Shortcut: Instead of doing the math just take LPM * 2.118880002 to get SCFH |

I have an old 8-2 euro-reef skimmer (exact same dimensions as the RC-180) that I put a Sedra 9000 recirc mod on and between the stock feed pump and the Sedra 9000 I am getting 18 LPM.
The body can handle 18 LPM fine. Last edited by DocG; 07/15/2006 at 01:44 PM. |

Where does all your research take place? I would think that a company like ER or (any other skimmer manufacture for that matter) may have just a few more resources than you. I could be wrong, but thats why I'm asking.
I've already posted pics of my ER pulling in 15lpm. Why can't a skimmer like mine (RC180) take in 3lpm more? Jim
