What's this on my snail?
Are these baby snails on the underside?

Could those be pyramid snails?
[A clam parasite.] Pull that snail and get those off into a dish, I'd say. Baby snails don't ride around on mama. They may have glommed onto the snail as a food source.

pyramid snails on snails only go after snails they are species specific predators

some will go after both i hear, but most are species specific

How lethal are they to my snails? I mean, are these guys something that they could cause a mass loss of snails or are they not that high of an impact?

Yes, they will kill your snails given enough time. Treat them the same as if it was a clam infestation, removing the snails and brushing them off. The problem is numbers, they will continue to proliferate as long as there is a food source.
Six line wrasses are pretty reliable predators of them.
