Changed out my substrate. Now what??

I replaced my old, foul southdown substrate with a Aribea mixture this weekend. I changed about 20 percent of the water and started adding Seachem's "Stability". Is it ok to put the fish, crabs, and coral back in? How long should I wait?

well you have to test the water...you cant just go by time..if the water is back to 0 amonia 0 nitrites and <5 or 10 nitrates, then yes, you can...i have no experience w/that seachem stability, so i dont know what it does even, but if your numbers arent right, then do not add the fish yet...where are they at right now by the way? i'm guessing a different tank?
