need help on sand

hi

what type of sand or substrate and what is good size 2m or larger and is caribsea ok lfs says it good ? after listening to everyone in the forms I cant trust them (lfs).

just get the smallest size grain they got...should be called something like aragonite...i dont know if thats the caribsea brand or not, but if its not, they'll have the same basic thing...just white sand
