Hydor Flo and Natural wave timer
Do these actually work? I have a small tank and dont really want to spend over 100 for a wave maker. Any advice/experience will help.

Hydor Flos are definitely a good, cheap investment. I love the things. Too bad I can't get any at a decent price locally.

They do work but may not last all that long. Mine lasted 9 months. One day it just stopped rotating. When I opened it up I found that the teeth on the plastic track inside was all worn down and it just wasn't catching anymore. Pretty much had to throw it in the garbage at that point.
