Skimmer For 90
I was planning on spending about 100-150 on my skimmer for a 90 gallon agressive tank i know its not much but budget is not allowing much at the moment. I was thinking the coralife 125 or maybe the 220. Would the 220 be overkill? Would i need a bigger sump ( i have a 20L at th moment). Is there another skimmer in this price range to consider?

It would not be overkill at all. If fact it may not be enough. Those are not the best skimmers for sure. I think RO has something that Might get the job done for 150.00.

I'd get the 150 especially at only $30 difference. It has a larger body and pump and will work better. Either one will work for your 90 but the 150 will give you SOME growth room.

The shredder is just a regular venturi style skimmer. The others are needlewheeel versions which is what you want.
