blue throat trigger and majestic angel

I would like to get a blue throat trigger or a majestic angel for my reef tank. I was wandering if it is safe to put one of these fish in my reef tank. Its a 46. I have soft and hard corals in it as well as couple of clams and an couple of cleaner shrimp.
I have mixed opinions on them from my local fish stores so I wanted to know from fellow hobbists.

That is too small of a tank for them to grow up in, you will have to buy a bigger tank. They are both hit or miss with corals and clams.
