What To Look For At The Wholesalers
i am fortunate enough to work for an lfs and the opportunity has arisen that i am able to go to a marine wholesaler. what should i look out for (baring in mind everything is going to be very - very cheap?

look out for dyed anemones and corals. Anything with really abnormal or very very brilliant color, like neon yellow anemones I would question.
Also watch out for pests such as red flatworms that would make your tanks look unsightly. Make sure the corals are healthy, good tissue expansion and not very stressed, good quality too. Are you going to the wholesaler because they are a business possibility to supply animals to your lfs? Kelly edit: also look out for the fish and any diseases they may carry such as ich. Look out if any fish are "rubbing" against things, that isn't a good sign usually. You want good quality fish. That leads to happy customers

my LFS always goes to this wholesaler but it is not usual for emplyees to go with management - i am purely going because it is not open to the public and i want to stock up my own reef at trade prices (i am not making a shop errand)

i really wanted to know whcih corals and animals i could pick up cheaply that are normaly worth alot or are rare.
