GFCI power strip?
I was told that I need a GFCI power strip for plugging in all my equipment. Also I was told that it would cost $50 or so. I looked at Lowes, and all of their power strips are maybe $20 and none say GFCI on the package.
Searching around online, I found this: http://www.buy.com/retail/product.as...mp&dcaid=17379 It looks like the GFCI is a separate thing... Are there power strips with the GFCI built in? Or is the combo at that link what I should be looking for? TIA...

the combo in the link should be fine. I personally have never seen a true GFCI built into a power strip. Lowes should sell the inline ones as well. I personally just removed the regular receptical in my wall and replaced it with a GFCI one. I even added one of the outdoor weather boxes. So now the plug has a cover to help stop dripping water from ever getting in it.
