rena xp giving me micro bubbles.

like the title says, i just purchased a rena xp2 and am getting a constant supply of micro-bubbles. all connections look good. followed all directions.

anyone else having this problem? could i use something reefsafe that i can put on the rubber seals?

Try turning it off, then back on after a minute. Sometimes the canister does not fill completely, then it does not catch up. I just make sure there is no air in the tubing and canister then turn it back on. Hope that works.
