Seio 620 Powerhead
Can anyone give any good or bad info about this. Seems like a good powerhead to use and doesn't shoot a jet out more of a vortex. Considering buying two for my 75 gallon reef tank. Give me a hand, thanks.

I have two 620's on my 75 and have never had an issue with them. If I were to do it again, I'd get the 1100's just to have the room to play with.

i had issues with the two different seio 620. didnt turn back on after i turned it off. ended trading back for the 820. Plus the flow is much better on the 820.

2x620 may be a little low on flow for a 75 gallon.. depending on what you want to have in there i would recommend 2x820 (mixed reef) or 2x1100 (more sps). both would be fine flow-wise and shouldn't really kick up sand, etc..
i currently have 2x820 and 1x1100 seios in my 75 gallon plus my return pump for a mixed reef with a shallow sandbed. all work great corals and fish like it, lots of flow and fine for my tank.. i think they are a good deal for the price, though if you are a DIY'er then the modded-maxi's would work fine too (or tunze if you got the cash..), my 2x820's both restart no problem, every once in a while my 1100 siezes when restarting, just push impeller with finger and starts up, but i normally keep all on when feeding, just turn off my return, so seios almost always on..
