Roasted Nori

I ran out of red 'SEAWEED SELECTS' last night and I was wondering if it is ok to give my tang roasted sushi nori until I get to the LSF for more of her favorite seaweed. I make sushi at least twice or more a month and I have this handy at all times so if it's ok I'd like to know. I'm pretty sure there is no difference other than being roasted...

I used the roasted Nori from Wal Mart in a pinch when I couldn't get my baby blonde Naso to eat anything. He gourged on it!!!
You can get a small pack of 15-20 8x10 sheets for under $2.

I went through all the Seaweed Selects, and about every other high dollar seaweed product I could find and they loved the cheap stuff the best.

Actually it doesn't taste too bad either. Much like scrambled eggs flavor.
