How Much Carbon

I am going to be running carbon, smushing it between the baffles in my sump. I was wanting to know if there is any rule of thumb about how much to use per gallon?

Do you plan on running it full-time or just a few days?

I don't know of any rule myself, but I run about 3 heaping tablespoons in my 120g for one week/month.

I use one cup per hundred gallons in my heavily stocked tank. My total system volumn is almost 200 gallons, so I use two cups and change it every thirty days or sooner if there is a problem going on.
