VHO fixtures??

I have a 75 g that I am trying to upgrade lights on. We can't afford MH yet but were wanting to get VHo lighting. What would be the minimun lighting we would need for corals and anenomes. Also, I have been researching VHO bulbs.... does anyone have any good suggestions on where to purchase these? Thanks so much!

I would look at 4x110W VHO, two Super Actinics and two Actinic Day. URI or now its called UV lighting Co seems to have the best coloration.
