I just got my osmolator hooked up for the first time and it seemed to be working great for a few minutes. The water was topped and all. Then the pump came on and just stayed on the water level went above the water level sensor and it stayed on. I put the pump in the sump so it would not add anymore freshwater and so I could mess with it. I tries to clean the sensor and still the pump is on. The pump on light is on and the green light at the same time.
Please help!! |

Send it back. Its an easy thing. Sensor goes in sump, unit gets plugged in and pump goes in freshwater resevoir. If it isn't working its probably a hardware problem. Just make sure you don't have somthing upside down.

when you installed it how did you set the water line? You should place the float sensor about an inch or so above your eye sensor.Second when you start it the water level has to be below the eye.Let the sump fill to the eye sensor and then it will shut off the pump. This happen the first time you set it up mine did the same thing it started to fill my sump till the alarm went off.You can clean the eye with white vinegar. If you have any problems pm me.
