Bad Aquacontroller Jr.
i just got my aquacontroller jr two days ago and the connection from the controller to my DC8 is loose and unless you push the jack in and hold it it doesn't send the signals to the DC8 to turn things on/off. has anyone else experienced this? right now i have a zip tie on it to hold it in. what should i do? contact Drs. F & S(where i got it from) or neptune?

Try a different phone cord It may just be a bad end piece and a $0.10 fix!

As Ereefic suggested goto their forum on here and contact Curt. I had a problem with my DC8 as well (one plug quit working). I called them and shipped it back to them. They fixed it in 2 days and shipped back. I love my Aquacontroller Jr.
