when you spell the word "having" with an "e", "hard" with 2 "a"'s, and forget an "l" in the word "really", maybe you should think twice about building some thnig that holds water!

Right because everyone knows that flawless spelling and typing skills are a must for tank building. Heh heh heh

Also is there any specific silicone I should use. The tank would be 24x18x24 with an outside overflow 22x4x8 with euro bracing. So any suggestions would help! thanks.

all glass aquariums makes a silicone you can use. you cant use just any silicone like i once thought. has to "aquarium" silicone. personally i dont see the difference between that and 100% rtv silicone rubber calking?
oh, and you forgot the "e" at the end of the word "sure" < that little face doesnt do justice to how hard i am actually laughing right now >

no it doesnt have to be aquarium silicone... you can use GE silicone II for doors and Windows as long as it doesnt have that bio-seal anti fungus crap...
