QT enquires...

the water in my QT tank is chalky...

and THERES FISHES IN IT!!!

why is it so??

is there any danger???

Hard to say. The gray could be a bacterial bloom. Those can reduce oxygen, so I'd make sure there was plenty of aeration. How are the water parameters?
