Another annoying puffer habit
Sorry to post all these questions that involve my puffer if you guys find it annoying. I try to keep my posts to 3 a day :-)
So everytime I add water to my tank my puffer thinks im feeding him and comes over. So i try to avoid him but he's too smart. and when i pour it in he likes to be underneath it so he gets tossed around in the waves. I think he's a current addict ;-) So anyways, when i put in the salt mix it is already been mixed for at least a week in RODI water so i dont think it would hurt him. My question is when I do freshwater topoffs. Would his swimming directly in the vicinity of where the freshwater was poured in be bad for him? |

I would think that if it becomes troublesome for him, he can always swim away.

LOL sounds like my mantis shrimp (Bam bam) he does somersaults when I am pouring or topping off! Day or night doesn't matter soon as he sees the blue bucket he is out flippin around.
