Sump

Hi all

My tank is 2 months old now, it was pretty good but now i started having problem my sand is getting alot of algae & it become black it looks bad so please supporte me by help .

Tease are my parameters :
Ammonia: 0.25
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates:80
pH: 8.2
Calcium 340

Im using two Eihem Filters , Weipro hang on skimmer , Sand biological filter But i dont Have Sump & i dont know what is the function of the sump so please clarify these things & by the way my tank is 240 Litre .

Your help is highly appreciated .

I forgot to tell you my Po4 is 0.1
