Phosban reactor: how much phosban?

Just set up a Phosban reactor using Two Little Fishies Phosban. The instructions say not to use it with less than 130 grams and not more than 200 grams. One container of Phosban is 150 grams.

So is it OK to put the whole container in the reactor for a 125 reef? I've read that people recommend "half dosage".

Ok. That's about what I have in there. How fast are you running water through the chamber? I have it set so there is just the slightest movement of the phosban at the surface.

Does combining the carbon and phosban cause any problems?
Do you pack down the phosban and then put the carbon on top or do you use a filter bag?
