Japanese Iwakis wiring?

Is it just the plug these don't have or no power cord at all?

Also, exactly how difficult is it to wire these guys?

you can make or purchase the cord

All you need is a three conductor 110v AC plug. You can buy one at Home Depot, Lowes, etc... The pumps come with the cord already attached. If I remember the colors correctly, green wire to the ground (the bottom conductor), and white & black wires to the two flat conductors (either way is fine).

either way is not fine....white on silver screw, black on gold screw
