I am looking for an affordable electronic dual 250 or 175 retrofit kit with electronic ballast. I would like to purchase it new and of course I would only by from a reputable dealer. Does any one have a link?

I tried Hellolights. I also tried championlighting. I thought there is one out there that everyone uses to purchase at bargain prices. Though these are less expensive then most of the others.
