I think you might be able to special order a 90 from all glass with 2 megaflows. The problem is that they take up a lot of space.

I believe my LFS said they could get it in for $100 extra cost. (I actually considered that myself)

Dual internal overflows use to look really nice to me, but now that I have been in the reef keeping hobby for a little, i think an integrated external overflow would look the best. For one you dont have to stack your rocks around the overflows which can be a PITA.

Just upgrade to the 120 for the extra $$$$...."it's not that much more", plus you'll have all that extra room.

i don;t understand why you would want two overflows in a 90? are u planning on using a high flow return pump? those all-glass megaflows are huge, two in a 90 would take up a lot of space. another option would be to custom drill your own tank and build two overflows.
or u can have double overflow, two drains in one overflow box that would save u some space. not sure if u can buy one like this though

Hey NanoManMaster-too bad you're on the other side of the "world" to me as I have a 90g with 2 corner overflows that I am selling...ack, it never fails when you have something that you want to sell cheaply the only person to need it is a world away! LOL good luck!
