EcoTech Marine Kalkwasser Reactor - Throwing magnent

Hi, my EcoTech Marine Kalkwasser Reactor has worked FINE for MONTHS and all of the sudden the stirring rod just spins out of control and away from the center â€“ getting stuck on the side of the acrylic and of course then it cant stir anything because is cant spin. It does this every time. Any suggestions?

BTW, I have sent three emails to them at "sales@ecotechmarine.com". Its all I can find on their website and no phone number, just a fax. Does anyone know if this is the correct address?
