my sump plan
here is what i got so far what do you think it well be mabe out of a 20gal mith a mag 5 or 7

one suggestion. Why not combine fuge and LR section into one big section on the right, and add a buffle or two between fuge and return section.

AFAIK, benefits of sand in fuge is when you doing DSB there or to house macroalgea that needs substrate. Other than that I don't know....

what pump should i be useing mag 3,5 or 7?

try and make the pump section as big as you can because of evaporation...
