Halides wont start??

I've got three 150 halides on brand new ARO ballasts and they wont start. They have started before, like yesterday all day. But today i got home from school and tried to turn em on and they wont go.

They are old coralife bulbs and i got them used. They worked fine the past few days but they just wont fire today. The ballast i got and hooked up like 4 days ago.

There is no corals/light dependent animals in the tank yet, so no big deal...yet.

Any ideas,

ok, i unplugged them and into a new powerstrip they went and their all good now.
