Water Flow in a 35G FOWLR

My FOWLR setup is as follows:

Coralife SuperSkimmer 65

RenaXP1 Canister Filter (using for carbon and micro filtration)

Live Rock - 35lbs

1 Powerhead Rated for 30G tank.

Do you think that between my Rena Canister Filter (uses a spray bar to distribute the flow), My skimmer and Powerhead (rated for a 30G) that I have sufficient circulation\flow. I do forget the gph of the powerhead but I can get it if necessary to answer this question. Take into consideration that there will be no corals, strictly FOWLR.

Here is a pic to help show how things are placed.

see how it works out, if you get skim on the surface youll need more water surface flow, if you get algae in certain spots its becasue there is no flow in that area.

Its almost been a month now with no Algae and no skim on the surface.

I am not sure about this spray bar but if I use the regular attachment for the filter the flow is very strong. I am guessing that too much flow is bad as well.

Not really. All saltwater aquaria should have reasonable flow. FOWLR should have a good amount also.
