Help me pick my return pump,please

Hello,
Tank 84x24x26tall--227gal
I'll have a 100g sump half full--50gals
After rock goes in main tank maybe 160gals? So about 210 gals in total in system.

I will use 2 Tunze 6000s for circulation.
I will choose pump from the following.

Pan World 50px-x, 550gph at 7 feet of head, 90 watts

Pan World 100px-x, 800gph at 7', 130 watts

Iwaki md30rlxt, 761gph at 7', 127 watts

Iwaki md40rlxt, 970gph at 7', 138 watts

Used RC calculator for gph rating. Watts are close so no biggy.
What flow should I go for??

I am setting up a 220 my friend and bought a blue line pumpat 1200 gph. Very good quality and alot chewaper than I waki

i will have close to the same setup as you. I have been looking at the gorman rupp pumps. They seem to be very nice but no one seems to know much about them.
