Best 4inch fans?

Was wondering what fans are good and quiet to put in my canopy?

Vantec Stealth from www.newegg.com . I use those on a DC variable voltage power supply so I can vary the speed according to the heat load. Power supplies can be had at Harbor Freight Tools for less than $5 or from Wal Mart and Radio Shack.
